1. What this is
Chat Co-pilot is an AI entertainment tool operated by Businesscrust LLC. You upload a screenshot, the AI returns analysis and reply suggestions. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Entertainment only
The AI output is for entertainment purposes. It is not relationship advice, legal advice, medical advice, or mental-health advice. Use your own judgment before acting on anything the AI suggests.
3. Your content
You're responsible for what you upload. Don't upload chats containing minors, illegal content, or other people's private content without their consent where the law requires it. You grant us a temporary, non-transferable right to process your screenshot solely to deliver the requested analysis. We discard it immediately after.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Chat Co-pilot to harass, dox, stalk, defame, or otherwise harm anyone. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or abuse our infrastructure. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block abusive use.
5. Age
The Profile Audit and certain features reference adult dating contexts. You must be at least 18 to use those features. The core roast analyzer is intended for users 13+ where local law permits.
6. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or unintentionally funny in the wrong direction. We make no guarantee about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Businesscrust LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Chat Co-pilot. Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months — which, since the service is free, is zero.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
